CPD Learning Objectives
Exponential Risk London 25 is accredited by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). By attending, you can claim up to 10 hours towards your CPD scheme.

- Summarise practical career development strategies, including skill-building, leadership progression, and managing stress in high-pressure roles.

Buddy Bingo
What is Buddy Bingo?
Buddy Bingo is a fun networking challenge designed to encourage you to meet new people at the conference—especially those outside your company or usual professional circles.
How do I play?
- Collect your Buddy Bingo card at registration.
- Speak to people who fit the six different categories on the card and ask them to sign their name.
- Make sure your card follows the rules:
- Each signature must come from a different person.
- You cannot use someone from your own company.
- Aim to meet new people you didn’t know before the event.
- Once your card is complete, submit it at registration before the final session.
What’s the prize?
Completed cards will be entered into a prize draw at the end of the event—so be sure to attend the final session to win!
Registration & Tickets
How do I check in when I arrive?
- You’ll receive an e-ticket via email. Just bring it to the registration desk (printed or on your phone).
- There will be a bar code on your badge which other attendees and exhibitors can use their camera in order to retrieve your contact information.
What does my ticket include?
- Full access to all conference sessions
- Entry to both drinks receptions
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
- Tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else.

How do I choose which breakout sessions to attend?
- You will receive an email asking you to select your breakout sessions before the event. Please log-in via this email.
Will sessions be recorded?
- No, sessions will not be recorded.
Will speaker presentations be shared after the event?
- Some slides will be available. Please contact events@instech.co after the event for access.

Is there a delegate list available?
- Yes, you can view the delegate list within the conference app.
How can I network with other attendees?
Use the app to:

- You’ll be assigned a table in the networking zone for any confirmed meetings
Will there be a conference app to connect with others?
Logistics & Accessibility
Are meals and refreshments provided?
- Day 1: Snacks in the afternoon, canapés at the evening reception (lunch will not be provided)
- Day 2: Breakfast, Lunch and snacks are provided throughout the day
Are there quiet areas for working or taking calls?
- No designated quiet zones exist, but you can find a suitable space within the venue.
Where can I store my coat or luggage?
- A complimentary cloakroom will be available.

- Yes! Use the app to arrange meetings with exhibitors at times that suit you.
