What time does the conference start and end?

Registration and breakfast open at 8:30am. The programme starts at 9:15am and the day closes with a drinks reception from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.

Where is the venue, and how do I get there?

• Venue: Cavendish Venues, 1 Basinghall Avenue, London EC2V 5DD - view venue website 

• Nearest Tube stations: Moorgate (3-minute walk) and Bank, then Liverpool Street 

• Nearest mainline stations: Liverpool Street and City Thameslink

Is there parking available?

The nearest car park is London Wall Car Park, a short walk from the venue.  

Will there be Wi-Fi?

Yes, free Wi-Fi will be available throughout the event.

What’s the dress code?

Smart casual. Dress comfortably but polished.

How do I check in when I arrive?

You'll receive an e-ticket via email a few days before the event and again on the morning of the event. Just bring it to the registration desk, printed or on your phone.  

Your badge will display a barcode that exhibitors can scan with their phone camera to exchange contact details. 

What does my ticket include?

• Full access to all conference sessions 

• Breakfast, lunch and refreshments throughout the day 

• Entry to the evening drinks reception 

Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

Tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else by emailing tickets@instech.co with the new attendee's details.

Where can I find the conference agenda?

How do I choose which breakout sessions to attend?

You will receive weekly emails reminding you to select your breakout sessions. Please log in via this email.

Will sessions be recorded?

Breakout sessions will not be recorded. Main stage sessions will be audio recorded and may be used in post-event content.

Will speaker presentations be shared after the event?

Yes, slides will be available on the website after the event.

Is there a delegate list available?

Yes, you can view the delegate list within the conference app.

How can I network with other attendees?

Use the app to:

• Send meeting requests to other delegates 

• Schedule meet-ups during the day 

You'll be assigned a numbered table in the networking zone for any confirmed meetings.

Will there be a conference app to connect with others?

• Yes! Follow the instructions here to download and sign in.

Are meals and refreshments provided?

Yes. Breakfast is served from 8:30am, followed by a buffet lunch with multiple serving stations and refreshments throughout the day. The evening reception includes pizza and drinks, with non-alcoholic options available.

I have dietary requirements - what do I need to do?

Buffet stations will be clearly labelled, including dietary options. If you have specific requirements or allergies, email tickets@instech.co before the event and we'll make sure you're catered for.

Is the venue accessible?

There is step-free access, lifts, accessible toilets 

Are there quiet areas for working or taking calls?

There is no dedicated quiet room, but the networking zone includes soft seating and high tables that work well for calls or catching up on emails between sessions. 

Where can I store my coat or luggage?

A complimentary staffed cloakroom will be available.
